Strict Final Sale Policy
At Erco Distribution, we prioritize offering the best possible prices and free shipping to our customers. To maintain these costs, all sales are final.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds to the original payment method or store credit for "change of mind" or "incorrect size" selections.

No Exchanges: Due to high inventory turnover, we cannot facilitate exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.

Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately in our system. Therefore, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted.
Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items
The only exception to our "Final Sale" policy is if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if we shipped the wrong product.

Reporting Period: You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

Evidence Required: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item received.
- Resolution: If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
