Strict Final Sale Policy

At Erco Distribution, we prioritize offering the best possible prices and free shipping to our customers. To maintain these costs, all sales are final.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds to the original payment method or store credit for "change of mind" or "incorrect size" selections.

  • No Exchanges: Due to high inventory turnover, we cannot facilitate exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.

  • Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately in our system. Therefore, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted.

Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

The only exception to our "Final Sale" policy is if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if we shipped the wrong product.

  • Reporting Period: You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

  • Evidence Required: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item received.

  • Resolution: If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
